VOTA process vid: first installation ever
This is basically 5 minutes after I ran the machine for the first time, so obviously there are still a lot of aesthetic things to get cleaned up for the actual show: hanging it from wires instead of that gawdawful truss, aligning the wires and weighting the rods to correct the wobble, hiding the electronics and wires, and tweaking the algorithms in the software to get the best responsiveness from the vocal range of the singer, so try not to break my balls on that shit,OK? ...

late December 2006. I filmed it from the corner of my living room with a Canon Rebel XT with a Sigma 55-200mm zoom lens, on a tripod. A laptop controlled everything.
