Truckee Meadows Water Authority is replacing the flume in Mogul that feeds water from the Truckee River to the Chalk Bluff Storage and Treatment Plant. This caused the 'tub' to get stuck, and thus, caused a huge queue of 'tubs'. Here is footage I took around 5 mins after the incident onride, before they had stopped the water and just as the staff had arrived.
