Beachbody Insanity Jump Rope Warm Up and Burn Calories

BeachReadyBody.com Week 5 of the P90X Challenge and I am dealing with some type of tendonitis in my elbow. I decided to mix in some Insanity workouts to replace the bicep and back workouts and give my elbow a rest. One of the best warm ups for the Insanity workout is jumping rope. Burns lots of calories and gets a good sweat going.
