At closest approach on March 2nd, 2009 DD45 it sped through the constellation VIRGO [VIRGIN] shining as brightly as an 11th magnitude star. So if you were in the Pacific region like Hawaii or Tahiti, you should have taken a look!
But that rock was moving fairly fast, and it was only 13th magnitude and fading fast.

philnottinghill: It appears that FREEMAN has got some of his "FACTS" wrong... Perhaps he is not as modest as he could be - for a communicator - which is not always the best sign. It appears that FREEMAN has ALL the answers and yet, sadly, listening to his lectures, he does not always come "up to the mark" based on ALL his "facts"... In comparison, very, very well read people like Jordan MAXWELL and the late Bill COOPER are/were unbelievably modest...
