My P.O.V (point of view) BTW this is before I started dating Mitch

Man! Its about to be winter break, and still nothing with Mitchell. I want him to ask me out, I mean I know he likes me, he told me that he likes me and my best friend Alexa. But me more. So if thats true why wont he just ask me out already!?!? Its recess now and I have to hand out my 11th Birthday party invites, including one to Mitch. I handed out every invite I had, except Mitchells, not that I doubted giving it to him, but for once in my life I was nervous about talking to a guy. Even though I would barely even talk to him, all I had to do was hand it to him, and hed say thanks and then I walk away to hangout with Brooke, Alexa, Emily and Dylan while he continued playing football with the rest of his friends. So I went up to Mitch and I handed the invitation to him, nervous inside but not showing it. My invitations were not in an envelope, just folded up. He unfolded it, looked at it for a second then said,
Cool, Thanks, Ill make sure Im there!
Now was that just me? Or was he acting flirty? (A/N: I know you dont know his tone but it was flirtish)
Awesome! I was very excited at this point.
