brown55061: At 1:55 you show Pharmathene has done their clinical trials of the vaccine for plague. Looks like they are a UK company also working with Canadian labs. In the PDF all it says is that it's basically being used as a military preventative. Were you just listing this to validate the fact that they know its coming, or as an option civilians should take in prevention?
