The book accompanies a three-part TV series broadcast on Channel 4 in Britain, Crazy Rulers of the World, and was adapted to a feature length movie starring George Clooney, Ewan McGregor, Jeff Bridges and Kevin Spacey.

Details regarding the ownership of both of these organisations are available on Wikipedia and their own sites. Racists have been using code for jews since the the late 19th century.
