noltmik: Great job! I've been up as much as 1.2 a day here and there and then drop that a day or two later plus some so don't fret aobut the scale. Chantelle was 100% right. You are still losing inches even though the scale doesn't agree. I lost several more inches on P3 too and the scale stayed the same. (Well at least the first round did when I didn't cheat!lol)

hcgmommy81: thanx Jocelyn! I've been using it for 2 days now., I'm pretty sure it hasn't affected my weightloss at all.. I'Ve been gaining for the past 3 days w/o it so IDK.. a lot is going on w/ my body right now. I need to see what inthe world is going on!
