alltops: please let us know whether each gun you review is +P capable, as .380 is quite substandard in stopping power!
sootch00: The Bersa 380's are the only ones I've been around. I was surprised that they made 9mm ,and 45acp pistols. The 22lr looks interesting as well. I think the new look and quality of these pistols will increase the demand for Bersa's here in the U.S. I'll be doing a FM Hi-Power video soon. Take care Amigo~
justhereoutofboredom: I've owned one, its a good pisttol, plenty reliable. only complaint was the rear sight tends to loosen with firing (actually lost mine shooting it at the range =/)
ramtron1775: good review brother...... now do a review on that awesome looking watch:)
Vlad357russiangunner: The excellent review! In Argentine many policemen carry it as the basic pistol.
esco1430: thanks. the .22 its very good. The 9mm for export version itś a walther p80 clon and mod. its a good hand gun for the price. now they launched the Bersa thunder Pro.
lovemybenchmade: Good little guns, great value, nice review.
HowlingStatic: People kind of expect these to be crap given the price, and almost every review I watch reports that they're surprisingly good, reliable pistols. I'm kind of interested in Bersas just because of this phenomenon. It sure is a nice looking gun for a gun priced so low.
jblcva: They have came a long way at Bersa. 380 is 9mm short (Kurtz) Ammo for 380 is kinda rare and 9mm is abundant.
Sixthick66: Other than the magazine disconnect, this pistol is very similar to the Russian Makarov .380. It appears to be a virtual copy, externally and internally, incl. the field strip. The Makarov is a double action w/ slide safety &decocker, and is virtually identical to this Bersa, except the Makarov is of typical Russian workmanship( tool marks and a bit rough) but it also has the tough reliability of other Russian guns such as the AK. My Makarov is reliable and surprisingly accurate.
lfr5007: I have a polish P64 that looks exatly like that and takes down almost exactly the same. The P64 is in 9x18 rather then 380 very accurate
SconeMason: I like your reviews, fun, very relaxed and informative
retiredmarine1: i owned one and i always had huge issues re-assembling it after cleaning. i hated it. i love to shoot but im really anal about keeping my guns clean. might help that i had a stroke and my right hand isnt in as good a shape as it was, but i ended up buying a taurus ultra lite 38 special. so a revolver is the pistol for me.
esco1430: in argentina policemen carry. Bersas Thunder 9mm. Some still have Browning HP35( Herstal or FM). The police regular ammo here is 9mm. .380 isnt used. Also it depends a lot of what state police we are talking. Because Argentina is a Federal country. The Federal Police use Bersa thunder in 9mm. Beretta, Brownings. Etc. but all in 9mm. The army still use the Browning Hp35 that its better than the minithunder for military use. Spec Ops teams uses Beretta m92f. But now the hand gun is from the guy.
esco1430: argentine police do not use bersa .380.. South Africa bought to bersa a complete stock for their police and military forces of Bersa .380. During the apart heid
TerriLi: Promag last I know was still making a 22 shot drum mag for the bersas, my dad got one and it works well. One thing is, dont use FMJs only use flatnosed rounds, such as JHPs. FMJs will jam the mag.
triggerfingas: Excellent review....i ordered one off of gunbroker and i just picked it up yesterday.....gorgeous little duotone....cant wait to shoot it
leaningright252: I love this little pistol. It's inexpensive, accurate and is a great training tool as you can demostrate to nu-bes all the funtions of most semi-automatic pistol. It's comfortable to shoot and concealable. DA/SA... safeties up the wazoo..... I highly recomend it. Thanks for another great video.
voodoo4u1975: awsome gun for the money.I think it's the best one on the markit for under $300.00. a 5*****video as well!!!
Captb55806: The Bersa looks big for a .380.
SkivMarine: Take down is extreemly easy. That's good for us Jarheads. Gotta keep things simple for us. Recoil looks to be very light. All in all a nice piece for CC.
bvmanalili: I'm so happy I bought this gun. I have nothing to complain about... thanks Sootch for a terrific review. More Power!
Sadie3875: I just bought the Thunder 380 CC(concealed carry) as a backup gun and I gotta say what a GREAT little gun especially for the money. I've put just over 700 rounds through it without so much as a hickup. Very reliable and not picky about ammo. It shoots everything from Walmart FMJ to gold dot PD beautifully. Truly an awesome gun for the money.
hutningnola: You might not want to load the gun by hiting the slide switch like that 24/7!! The argentenian's did not intend for the weapon to be charge this way and plenty of people are complaining of the slide switch actually wearing and breaking over time.. so just a little tip cock the gun normaly and avoid loading the weapon the way this guy does other than that Great cc weapon for the price!!
1cme1: i think its better to practice not using the slide stop anyway. just because it can be in different places on all sorts of different guns, but the slide itself is always in the same spot on every semi automatic handgun.
