Magnificent 100 year old house... 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths, Garage, Outdoor Seating and Dinning Areas - 235 covered meters and almost 1100 meters of land - totally redone - electric, water, roof, floors, windows, bathrooms, kitchen - it's all new or refurbished (if possible). The house is located in the Sierras de Cordoba, the Tuscany of Latin America - just as a reference, not that it is very similar to Nappa Valley in CA, nice climate that is always moderate, winters are short and sunny, summers are mild and long, vegetation is green and luscious, lots of rivers, lakes and outdoor activities. Just ten minute drive and you are in Cuchi Corral, one of the most important hang-gliding ports in South America, you are also ten minutes away from La Cumbre - a British settlement from 1800's that still houses some of the most important homes in the Sierras de Cordoba. Twenty minute drive and you are in Capilla del Monte, were you can climb the Cerro Uritorco - the highest mountain of this particular range, an area known for its mystical powers and ET visits (I have not witnessed any, but know of lots of area legends about it!). South of Huerta Grande, is La Falda - the second most important tourist destination in Cordoba and one of the most visited in Argentina. The area has many nice Hotels, Restaurants, Bars and all you can imagine to rest, have fun, or simply just enjoy nature.

Important Extras:

Water Well - functioning and ready to be used as necessary. We use it to water the garden and keep the city water connected. We also have a very large water tank in case water service is interrupted.

Electricity - only once have we suffered interruption for more than half an hour - it was during a storm and service took about two hours to be restored.

Heating - we installed Israeli Heating panels, they are low voltage and consume little electricity and keep the house warm all winter. We also have a wood stove in the Dinning Room and a fully restored and working Fire Place in Living Room.

The house has incredible Outdoor Areas, from a Piazza to a Seating Stone Deck, to an "al fresco" dinning area covered by a Vine that produces great White Grapes. The land is well taken care of, with fruit trees like: Walnut, Pear, Fig, Prune, Raspberry, Cherry, Apricot, "Membrillo", and Peach - as well as several grand old Pine Trees that provide great shade and aged greenery.

The house is in Move in Condition.

NOTE:

We are also offering the option of a purchased fully furnished as you see in the pictures - fully, fully furnished with top line appliances, furniture, bedding, and all of the decor items and linens, towels and such... Not included in this option are: Spanish Tiles on Wall in Living room/Family Pictures (portraits can stay if you wish)/One big picture in Living Room - but will be replaced with another big picture of great quality and style. This option will be at 190K - which if you are moving from the states, would probably make sense for you - things here are very expensive, and importing things is also prohibitively expensive - DO YOUR RESEARCH - or ask for advice.
