Superplex1001: As awesome as this segment was, I didn't think this one looked the great. He did a really good one to AJ Styles recently.
TheXtremeRyko: I loved TNA, TNA was my favorite wrestling promotion. But now it is Lashley, Lashley, Lashley. Lashley beats Homicide with a Side Slam, he beats Nigel and now he is the Nº1 Contender, this sucks.
TheMikko1984: I was hoping Lashley's push in TNA would've ended with him getting beat by Steiner on the PPV. I just am not too high on him myself.
TheXtremeRyko: I also hoped that his push ended with his getting beat by Steiner, but another Push came ........ My current favorite TNA Wrestler is Nigel. I remember that in this week's TNA he beat another wrestler with a Spinebuster, let's add it to the list of Wrestlers Being Defeated By Generic Moves. Lashley can be good but too early for champ I was hoping a Desmond push or a Daniels push but let's see what happens next. BTW what do you think about RAW now? It has changed incredibly.
TheMikko1984: I've actually not seen Raw in quite a while, though I REALLY should. Right now trying to catch up on my Impacts.
TheXtremeRyko: Well I think that the sudden death of the Cena vs Orton feud and a Sheamus Push combined is really interesting Can't wait for tomorrow's RAW
TheSuicidalDragon: The problem with pushing Lashley is that he's not going to be there on a long term basis. If his MMA career gets going, he'll leave TNA immediately, and thus, there's no real point in putting him over some of their top talent.
TheMikko1984: Precisely. He's not worth the investment. Frankly I don't feel he's good enough to warrant that. Solid in the ring though he may be save for a lack of an interesting finishing move, he's just not a big enough name to be worth it because of reputation and like you said, he's not in it for the long run. Once it's all said and done I think TNA will look back on him as a big waste of resources.

aaronman4772: Hes already even talking abouit just leaving TNA and joining MMA fulltime, which I think may be the reason for his recent megapush.
TheMikko1984: If they think they can buy his loyalty with a push, I think they're in for a rude surprise. I'm not at all convinced that Lashley has the kind of respect for the wrestling business for that to weight all that heavily in his scales. Once the push is done with he won't even consider it a factor, I think.
JEnduro: i used to like TNA over WWE, but lately, WWE has actually gotten good, new storylines, more exciting matches, of course, Cena is champ, but maybe that will get fixed soon but TNA has seemed to go down, poor cards, poor matches like wtf?

SadisticScott: Turning Point was a poor card? That was probably the best PPV of the year outside of the DragonGate USA ones. I agree that Lashley shouldn't get pushed though.
