ersamvier: i'll give you some tips. first, be with the lay-out position. do not twist yet. once you feel that your up, twist your body in the direction you wish and try to do it fast. because if your slow, you will end up with landing faults. tip: try to practice stretch jump with a 3/2 or 4/2 or 1/1 twist. (jump first as high as you can, then twist when you reach your maximum heigth. wish it can help you.
