where we left off:

after the conversation ended selena walked around to me and i acted like i hadnt heard anything. "joe....?" ugh...shes gonna ask me to get to know nick..."yes?" i asked unwillingly.
"can you...meet with nick some time-"
"are you kidding me?!"
"plleeeeeeeeeeez joey!"
"selena i dont like him he doesnt like me!"
"just give it a try!"
"why so your best friend and boyfriend can get along?" oops she probly knows i was ease dropping now....
"you heard me say that?"
"well...."
"you were ease dropping!"
"you could say that..."
"ok you owe me now. since you ease dropped on me!"
"fine. what do you want?" i rolled my eyes
"i want YOU to go and get to know NICK!"
"you dont want anything other than that?!"
"...."
"fine! when?"
"go to nicks house after school!"
finally the bell rung and saved my life "yea yea whatever" i heard her sigh as i walked away towards the last class of the day.
after school ended i tried to walk as slowly as possible so i didnt have to go to nicks house. "joe!" i jumped selena must've snuck up on me. she pushed me out the school doors and right into nick. "bye!" she said as she skipped away towards her house. nick turned around to face me. he had his arms folded around his chest and his face was a big give away. he was very annoyed. "look who showed up." he said sarcastically. ok i know he's really gonna get on my nerves today. "i dont wanna be here just as much as you dont." i added impationtly. we walked in silence. i didnt look at him and he didnt look at me. when we got to his house he took out his keys. once he opened the door i took a deep breath. its time for the meeting. great.
