Chapter 81: Ellen part 3 Video

finished the song, smiling hugely. If it wasn't obvious, that song was about Josh. I waved at the crowd and walked back over to my brothers and Ellen, who were clapping on their feet.

"Great job Nicole," Eleen said, sitting down.

"Thank you," I said.

"There is only one problem with that song," Nick said.

"What's that?" Ellen asked.

"She ALWAYS gets what she wants." Nick said, and my brothers nodded. I giggled.

"So, Nicole, do you plan on going into the business?"

"No, ma'am." I said politely.

"Why not? I would definitely buy that song if it were out there." Ellen said.

"I would love to perform and all, but if I did...that would mean being away from my brothers." I told Ellen and the audience. "I hate being away from them, so that would make me hate singing."

"We've asked her plenty of times if she wants to do this, and she always says she's happier watching us." Joe said. Nick kissed my cheek.

"Awwwwww, that's so adorable!" Eleen smiled.

"Everyone says that," we said together.

"So, that song...it was about an ex boyfriend?"

Here we go. This topic was not gonna go over well. Dad had warned us that if we said anything overly bad we would each be having a date with his belt after soundcheck. Nick's arm, that was around my waist, held me closer to him. I saw Joe's fist clench on his knee.

"Yes." I said, putting on the best fake smile I could.

"And judging by your reactions," she looked at my brothers, "you hate him?"

"He's not our favorite person in the world," Kevin said. It was so obvious that he could say A LOT more on that subject. Luckily, Ellen moved on.

"So, since these two's names are so alike, Nicholas and Nicole, do you have nicknames for each other?

"Bubby and Sissy," Nick and I said. More awwwww's.

"How long have you had those?" Ellen asked.

"13 years and counting."

"Adorable. Anymore?"

"I call Joe, Joey and Kevin, Kevy." I said. Nick nodded in agreement.

"Joe and I call Nicole Kiki," Kevin said.

"Any embarassing things you can tell us about your brothers Nicki?" Ellen asked me. The audience laughed, but they were all listening intently.

"None that I can think of," I told them.

"Ahhh come one, did they bribe you not to say anything?" Ellen asked. They hadn't bribed, but told me they would spank me, jokingly.

"No, there isn't anything that I can remember at the moment, but when I do you'll be the one I tell," I nodded to her.

"I'll have my people call your people," she said. nodding.

I giggled and leaned my head on Nick's shoulder, drawing more awwww's from the audience. That was my position for the rest of the interview, then it was off to the venue and concert.
