The Shrine is in the form of a bronze casket resting on an ark among reeds - the boat indicative of a journey, which has come to an end. The bronze Pillars of Light flanking the Shrine are dedicated with WHEAT (for Resurrection) LOTUS (for the waters of life) and IRISES (for eternal life). At the base of each pillar are four panels of OAK leaves (symbolic of strength & endurance).
