Push Up to Chest Tap Video
We teach this one in our "BSF" Classes and Instructor Certification. To do it properly; it is very advanced.
Hands shoulder width or a bit wider apart - pull shoulders away from your ears
Start with elbows extended.
Grip the floor with your feet AND your hands to create more tension in your body
At the top of each rep during extension , lift one arm
off the ground and touch the opposite pectoral
muscle.
PAUSE
Return arm to ground and continue push -up
movement.
Alternate arms each rep, or perform reps on the same side if you are a beginner at this.
*NOTE: To be successful at this, your hips will barely move. You can achieve success by grounding the opposite leg of the arm your balancing on. Keep your body straight and do not allowing any shifting or rotation.
At Human Motion, we recommend one rep at a time, re-set on each, so each is done with maximal tension.
Keep your volumne LOW and the quality HIGH
