sheri226: I hope they do a full evaluation of Shannon's health. I've been in pediatrics long enough to know that there's something wrong. People are saying stuff about her eyes.. it's true but not "happy/sad eyes"... it's much more than that. Poor thing, I hope she'll be ok.

Sierra1947: I am concerned over Shannon as well. There isn't something quite right with the beautiful baby. It's almost like Shannon is not fully there, but WHY does Shannon appear that way. I hope that Shannon is placed in a very loving home so she is cared for and never has to fear anything again/ I also hope if DCF plans on placing Shannon with family that DCF does a thorough mental health evaluation on all relatives.

sheri226: She has the same look in her little eyes as a precious little girl I used to care for. She had Autism, there are so many forms.. hopefully it's not severe if Shannon does have it. My prayers go out to her daily.. She's been through SO MUCH in her short life.. so much and she's still SO young. All this can be put behind her and she never has to learn about it if she's placed in a good home.

Sierra1947: You could be right on the mark that Shannon may have Autism. You can see in her eyes, she is just not totally there. No emotion whatsoever in her eyes. If it is Autism, there are so many places for Shannon to get help and work with her ....
