jmccracken1963: OUTSTANDING performance by Corelli in this broadcast, and Bernstein had, by this time (a month after the production's premiere), put the Siciliana at a more appropriate tempo (i.e., not the extremely slow tempo he took it at in the first performance). Thank you VERY, VERY, VERY much for sharing this and other excerpts with us!!!!!
