Sharpe3884: I can see libertarians meaning ron paul possibly realize that stupak is an imposition of state on women's rights. No way do conservative republicans not back this amendment. They dont care about imposing on peoples rights if it supports their own agenda. I would think stupak may be unconstitutional perhaps. If it passes and makes its way to the supreme court, I guess we will find out. That should be in a few decades.
