black powder rocket with red star header Video
this is a 1/2" ID black powder rocket. it flew really fast and had a nice tail, but i think that the nozzle was a little slanted.
Chase881177: That looked good, nice job
AirrowRocket: Nice one!
eddynelly1717: nice rocket and i just made on right now same size and everything but with no header since it s a test of new bp. oh and kinda hard to see the stars though
ankpsl: that was quick what was the bp ball milled. ratio?I always use for rockets and my drivers 60/30/10 or 65/25/10, maybe use a longer stick it bent over alot.Could be dangerous.End burner or cored? 5 stars
vh718: it is standard 75/15/10 bp ball milled for about two hours. ya the reason why it curved is because i have to drill y cores and i guess i drilled it a little slanted so it altered its flight path. i have had many great bp rockets like this one fly a couple hundred feet in the air, to bad the one i decided to film was my worst one :(. Also i am almost out of bp and i need to make more. should i make my 75/15/10 or one of your comps? P.S i dont have very good charcoal.
