Vic Fischer, one of the delegates of the Alaska Constitutional Convention, often referred to as the Thomas Jefferson of Alaska, offering testimony in support of the continued funding of the arts, library, and public transportation which Mayor Sullivan has left on the chopping block, attempting to cut funds by upwards of 90%. His testimony is passionate and angry, following local talk show host Eddie Burke, who called any government funding outside of emergency services "socialism."
