Let's Play Silent Hill - Pt 2 - In Search of Cheryl Video

With our welcoming nightmare out of the way, it's time to set out in search of our missing daughter. She has to be around here somewhere, right? Silent Hill is a rather large place though, with lots of streets and houses. Thankfully, someone's been leaving us notes, telling us where to go. We also learn Harry can sometimes be a bit lacking in observational skills...

MartenFerret: I hate games with weird cameras. I played only a few (Croc, MM Legends, and one of the Tomb Raider games). I prefer side-scrollers. Seems like you're doing ok... The game's world is nicely interpreted.

LaZodiac: Haha, that bat thing reminds me of the creatures from The Mist. Haha, curb stomped those dogs. Unfortunatly, healing items have been used. Now fighting is risky buisness. Med Kit aquired~ That'll be usefull. That doghouse line is hilarious.

ZakkiOrichalcum: After playing this part, school freaked me out for a week when every a was in a hallway by myself. I like how Harry says nothing about the giant canyon that seemed to form overnight from the way they came.

RoahmMythril: Indeed, the "World Ends Here" canyons never seem to freak anyone out X)

RoahmMythril: If it sounds like it, then it's a sheer coincidence ^_^; I just arranged some static and air raid sirens, as those sirens are a key sound in Silent Hill, they always signal a transition.

RoahmMythril: More or less. I tend to just prefer melee combat to firearms really, but the guns are nicely suited to bosses.

burnum: Good choice for refreshing pause. I never heard static interference being called white noise before. And they're annoying in the next part of town, where there seems to be an infinite amount of them. Wait, when I use one in my game they seem to heal me to the max. Even when I'm in the red.

burnum: No, I played at atleast normal mode.

RoahmMythril: I think your health sort of has different levels to it, like a slightly less than full green, and a slightly more than full red. It does seem like there are times where a health drink does boost me up to the almost full from the almost empty, so it can look like regaining full health.
