Idling Tractor Trailer Chicken Trucks Video

Be it Allen's Chicken, Perdue, Mountaire, these 18 wheelers roll down a residential neighborhood and attempt to squeeze into a loading dock and street intersection not equipped for trucks of this size. William MacMillan Chicken Co. insists on ordering these trucks to deliver between 3am and 6am? Why? Is it illegal? Could the MacMillans know that what they are doing is wrong? This video is from a bedroom window and clearly shows how close the exhaust pipe is to our window.
If the city decides to put our street light back up that was knocked down by one of these trucks, I'll be able to record one of the trucks knocking it down again, since it happens within a week to 10 days of a new light being installed.
