CiiGrid Delver Presentation Video

The CiiGrid Delver software indexes your file shares and tracks down original and current content owners by using smart algorithms and event-driven workflows.When a content owner is found, he or she will be asked to assign context, such as classifications, tags and ratings, to the data.
Classifications are either based on a manually assigned taxonomy or linked to structured data sources like database tables, CRM or ERP systems.

When enough context has been gathered (trackable in 'tag overview reports'), the data can be migrated to a more structured repository. As the CiiGrid Delver migrates data to Microsoft SharePoint, it automatically creates sites, document libraries, Site Columns and security settings.

Currently we support migration to Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint Online. Sharepoint Foundation and SharePoint 2010 are being tested and will be made available soon.
