Atheist's survey! Video

Here is the survey if you dont want to listen the video, since I notice that some people write comments, but they dont watch the videos up to the end.
In the book of Margaret McMillan: Dangerous games uses and abuses of history, can be reached, as logical conclusion, that if our beliefs are formed by some ideas, like nationalism, and a lot of people die for them, also if they are not true, then it could follow, and she was speaking about Israel Palestine conflict that if there is not 1 god choosing a particular people, and giving them a precise strip of land, then it follows that also Israel doesnt have reason to exist (once we explain to Christians that they dont need to continue to kill and persecute Jews, on the basis of their belief in that invented fictional character called Jesus) since I repeat to be sure it is understood, there was not 1 god of the many believed in that geographical area that today we would call: Palestine, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and part of Egypt, which told to some people: this is your land.
So the survey is to ask to the fellow atheists since they dont believe in god/gods, how they would justify to give a land which has been inhabited by different populations in the last three thousand years, since what we call Palestine has been conquered by different armies: Egyptian, Greek, Assyrian, Babylonians, Arabs, and so on just to mention few, how do we justify to give a land on the name of a god who never existed and we know it is a myth.
Just to be clear, since some people dont have a clear understanding of history, the armies which pass on a certain land, generally leave some DNA material on it at different levels, because today in the western world we believe that when an army invades a country they bring democracy, in reality an army invading a country brings death, rapes (with consequent children born from those rapes), tortures and so on. So also the claim of a special choosen people is ridiculous because the middle east, especially Palestine was a melting pot.

Daud2008: But the problem is that the Jews living in Europe and killed by Hitler or persecuted by Stalin were Europeans, not semites which would mean arabs. Palestine was not left empty 2-3000 years ago after every invasion which exiled the elite in power in the region. The common people always lived there. Moving the European Jews to Israel was likely an advantage for US who needed someone to keep the region in view of the cold war, but didn't solve the persecution problem.

YossefsRevenge: there were Jews who had been persecuted in Jerusalem as well..who were kicked out..allowed back in..kicked out..allowed back in..its not like Jews stopped existing there..though they were nearly wiped out...yes they escpaed to different parts of the world..then they returned..the european Jews started to retun in the 1800's..they bought back their land from arabs...Jews have a right to exist in Israel my friend..no matter if they are european or israeli born..

YossefsRevenge: a lot of Jews escaped christian persecution and escaped to arab nations..those Jews were kicked out during the time of Hitler..it was not just a european holocaust...it also happened in the middle east..so where are Jews welcome? where are they supposed to go? what is the final solution? I don't care about the politicians and what their plans might have been..but Jews were forced out of their country one way or another..they belong in Israel..let them be..

As goes for countries existing purely for religious reasons, then they have no reason to exist. What is done is done. Israel can have a positive influence in the Middle East, providing the trend away from religion there continues. Pakistan is a similar case, but without a doubt belongs to India. Goes to show how religion can destroy national identities, families & lives.

The UN never created the secular country of Israel and the seperate Muslim country of Palestine on the grounds that the Jews deserved their own after WW2 or because the "scriptures" stated it was theirs. They created it for the exact same reason we created a separate secular India and a muslim Pakistan. MUSLIMS DON'T PLAY NICE WITH NON MUSLIMS. The Koran states very clearly non muslims are to be made to feel "subjugated" amongst muslims.

The religion argues against freedom and equality of religion, equality of the sexes and freedom of speech. These deprivations are confirmed within the Cairo Declaration on human rights (Article 24 of which states all rights within derived by Koran and Hadith). 57 muslim countries have signed this offensive shit and practice it denying non muslims even the right to Mass. Israel contrarily has a full freedom house rating

OwnedYoPrimitiveAss: Of course the muslims will argue "it is muslim lands". There is no such thing. Those lands have changed hands a huge number of times through history as have most. Do you know who "owns" a territory? Quite simply whoever occupies it for over a generation. I'm Irish, BUT YOU DON'T SEE ME KILLING PROTESTANTS. Their only crime was to be born there. It's their land now. Just as Israel is undeniably the Israelis. And the Canaanite religion (Polytheists) first occupied the area anyway. Not Muslims.

OwnedYoPrimitiveAss: I should add that something like 35 - 40% of the regions inhabitants were non muslims upon the creation of the secular Israeli state. They were brutally oppressed under the area's last Muslim regime - the Ottoman empire - in place before the British rule.

doubtingED: Religion and ignorance is the root of almost every problem everywhere in the world. But, everyone has the right to live and exist. Until all religions & ignorance can be either eradicated or somehow controlled, its up to the secular nations to try and maintain some kind of cultural balance & harmony. If it were not for religion, Jerusalem would be no more important than Atlanta, Phoenix, Newark or any other city anywhere in the world.

kevinbenko: As an atheist and an anarchist, I assert that religious issues are vacuous and hold no validity in the real world. Furthermore, it is wrong for a country to interfere with the affairs of anything outside of that country. Hence, the disposition of that particular chunk of land should only be determined by the parties that assert a claim to it, and no outside country has any right to "give" that land to anyone. Interference of this sort always complicates things and makes situations worse.

OwnedYoPrimitiveAss: ummm but the english owned the land before the state of Israel and before that the now utterly defunct Ottoman empire. The English didn't want it, but were currently holding it. There were two parties with a historical claim to it and who, due to Islamic scripture have never once been able to live together in harmony (without the non muslims being oppressed by the muslims). I think it was the fairest possible outcome to divide it into muslim land and non muslim land. How was it not?

MrGtrCalculus: It is utterly silly that so many people would fight and FIGHT and claim that God gave them the land but YET, they say "peace! Only one can have true peace with our god!!" It's so stupid. You have people saying that, but yet both sides say that and thus will always battle each other...over what?...AN IMAGINARY BEING GIVING IMAGINARY LAND TO DELUSIONAL PEOPLE THAT SHOULD BE IMGAINARY. ugh! Censeo: I think that even Christians have a hard time justifying that Israel should exist. Can a chosen people still exist after God gave his only son?

Daud2008: Watch the video of Sarah Silverman on my channel. Some people try to defend her saying she was sarcastic. Of course to be sarcastic upon the 4 million of African children who die of famine, war, diseases must be real fun. But what I point out, and most refuse to understand: US gives to Israel more than 3 billion dollars a year for killing children and palestinians, maybe that money could be spent differently.

michalchik: I think the Diaspora was the best thing to happen to the Jews. They lost their provincialism, and moved to places where even if one group of them was attacked the rest could survive, They Jews benefited and the world benefited from their culture though there was certainly much grief along the way. Now with Israel the Jews have moved to the center of an area that hates them and have displaced the Palestinians, This is a recipe for disaster. If Israel loses a war it will be another holocaust.
