An extraordinary Town Hall meeting in Prince George's County, Maryland. Attended by elected representatives at every level from Federal on down. Residents were invited to speak for three minutes on any subject that concerned the county.

skitzianist: Good points. The problem I see is that the State will legalize it, but Feds still come in and raid. Its a matter of State's Rights in the Constitution. Its happened in California.
