I woke up to Lesslie singing his heart out while cooking an unknown breakfast and talking on the phone" Yeah...I cant assure you that maam... okay Ill try.... no thank you!"He hung up and grabbed a plate to dump his cooking on which happened to be eggs and bacon. I feel like a child but you cant say no to Lesslies cooking! "Morning" I said in my usually groggy morning voice "Good morning sunshine!" Lesslie said a little too cheerful for morning, I wonder if he was dropped when he was a baby cuz know one can be that happy in the morning unless youve had sex, and knowing Lesslie, thats not the reason, I mean hello?! Hes gay!
I sat down on the chair across from Lesslie and scooped up some eggs on my plate. "So you busy today?" Lessie said as he tried to get some eggs off of my plate but I slapped his hand away! "My Eggs!" I said "And my cooking Lesslie" said followed by a laugh and a shake of his head. "So your busy today eating eggs"? he asked with a smirk "What ever, but no Im not hat busy, I was gunna head of to the studio this morning and work on some moves for the 'Red Heels' competition" I said with my mouth stuffed with food. "Girl that competition isnt till January, and its still March for crying out loud! Ever considered going to college instead of spending all your time at the studio?" I shot him a glare as he said that "You know how I feel about going to school! And besides Im already making a fortune at the studio so why do I need to go to school? Its minus the tests and teen angst and plus the cash so forget it!" I snapped back waving a fork in his face. "Okay, okay. But you cant go to the studio today. Remember Demi?" Demi... demi... demi... Oh! Demi! She was the judge that bailed me out of the adoption center and let me live a life! I owe that girl or else I would have been stuck in school for five years! "Yeah, I remember her, the Judge right?" Lesslie nodded and continued "Well she asked me to tell you if you could got to court today" I was frozen when he said the word court "Wh-what?" I stuttered out. The last time I was in court well, lets just say it wasnt pretty and not meant for young viewers. "Dont worry, she told me you werent in trouble so dont keep your panties in a knot" I sighed in relief when he said those words and continued eating
"So what time? And why?" I asked after finishing my food and placing my plate on the sink. I stopped by Starbucks to get some coffee and headed for court, I wonder what I have to do, or what Im actually getting myself into, but I do owe Demi, so I have no choice. I found myself a parking lot far away from the entrance since most of the slots were filled with cars you usually see in those gangster movies and it gave me shivers knowing I might have to deal with someone who actually owns one of those cars. I opened the door and knocked on Demis office door.
"Come in" said a familiar voice and I stepped in the office to find a normal sized mahogany table at the end of the room with huge symbol engraved on it, two chairs and shelves filled with old books [http://www.jamesetaylor.com/interior_office_1.jpg] and my eyes stopped to a guy in some torn up denim jeans and a brown hoodie covering his face. "Hey Selena!" Demi greated as she broke my concentration from the guy. This was what I like about Demi, she was a successful 20 year old judge and still acts like a teen when not in court "Hey Dems, long time no see" We gave each other a hug and broke it off when I heard the guy from earlier cough. "Oh, where are my manners? Selena, this little law breaker over here is" I then caught a glimpse of his eyes ...HIS EYES! "Nick" Demi finished
