Ms. F has the opportunity to sell her cookbooks on TV but her hands expand because she touched walnuts (she's allergic to walnuts). Gordo comes up with a plan for Cammie to "give her a hand". But will it work?

It is a play on the story from Exodus 17 when Aaron and Hur hold up Moses's arms so the Israelites can win a battle.
