1. Two Hours before workout:
- 200 Gr. boiled rice;
- 1 to 2 Spoon of Honey, or your taste;
- 1 Lemons juice, or your taste;
- 3 Eggs yolk mixed them up in a blender.
The left-over egg white, you blend till becomes foamy. After that, mix it up with sugar (two-three spoon) and blend till becomes very hard, then mix it up with a bag of frozen raspberries (of course you defreeze it first), then mix it up with the rice-egg yolk-lemon-honey pudding.
1 spoon of honey - 60 calories - 17 grams of carbohydrate
3 eggs - 210 calories; 18 grams Protein; 3 grams carbohydrate and a lot of antioxidants
3 spoon of Sugar - 135 Calories
200 grams (8Oz) boiled Rice - 200 calories; 50 gram carbohydrate; 4 grams Protein
Raspberry, 12 Oz package - 350 calories; 42 gram carbohydrate; 22 gram Dietary Fiber; 15 grams Sugar - 5 grams Protein
1 lemons juice 22 calories 12 grams carbohydrates; dietary fibers 5 grams, 1 gram Protein, and a lot of antioxidants, minerals, vitamins
Total: 977 calories; carbohydrates = 124 grams; Protein = 28 grams
douga2001: I tried this and it made so much!! I used it in four portions over two days: 1/4 before and after workout each day. Amazing taste and it helped. He put the recipe over there on the right (click on more info)
Edsta92: What I don't understand about this recipe is why he doesn't just mix everything together in one bowl at one time? Why bother separating the egg yolks if they'll be recombined anyway?
ijavorek: The reason is: boiled rice; Honey; Lemons juice plus 3 Eggs yolk mixed them up in a blender it is already an energy pudding. The left-over egg white, you must blend separately till becomes foamy. After that, mix it up with sugar and blend till becomes very hard, then mix it up with a bag of defrosted raspberries is a very delicious desert. So you could consume them separately. To make the pudding more attractive you can mix them up and serve as one dish. Athletes love it . Istvan Javorek
