"Down But Not Out" Video

This is a revamped version of the original which prior to removal had 842 Views and some really nice comments, it shows Paul Brightwell, a well know local Character to Alston, Cumbria collecting for his favourite charity "CHILDREN IN NEED" It also includes some footage from BBC Look North who did a feature on him
