hollyjazzy: You are very welcome. I only got interested in jazz a few years ago and Tom had already passed so I never got to see him live. I was lucky enough to be given a chance to see him on tape so I thought I'd share. I know he had a big following. I can see why.
sarey777: It's so wonderful to see these clips... I was lucky enough to see him live on many occasions at the Upton Jazz Festival and my goodness he pulled the crowds!! The marquees would be full and people would stand 10-deep at the sides craning their necks to catch a glimpse and hear his performance. His jokes were as legendry as his music.
