So when the residents of the township are cut off, they illegally restore their power supply. cannoir: by looking at the houses around i think they could settle with solar panels as an alternaitve methods during the "rotative" power cuts.Electricity is a helluva expensive in south africa.Things are not as simple as they look in this clip.The infrastrcure had not been upgraded to accomodate larger populations and increasing needs.
