8mm film shot by my father, Dale Johnson, while he was stationed in occupied Japan with the USAF. These scenes all relate to aircraft of military scenes. sparrow111260: Bruce, this is excellant. Is the man / men in the film your father? Willa
lotus07: The young man in his 30s in most of these is my father, he was pretty dashing back in the day.
andrewhog: At least part of it is in Taiwan as well. From about 2:45 on. That is a sendoff in an ROC marked plane and takeoff from Songshan Airport with Kuanyin Mountain in distance above Tanshui River.
andrewhog: And Grass Mountain also.
