Train Smart With Adrenal Fatigue Video

Most people have adrenal fatigue yet dont even know it over-training and stress are big causes ! We overdo everything in life that way we keep using up cortisol which is a stress hormone. Our bodies can only take so much until it shuts down and we get all sorts of problems. We need to learn to listen to our bodies if you are stressed and tired dont train, take time out But if you have to train then train smart.
Feed your anerobic system by doing intervals no longer than 15 minutes, anything after 20/30 minutes will start using cortisol which is what you dont want!

WellnessMafia: Great stuff. Hope that your adrenals are recovering well.
VeiledGlory: This is a great workout! I got through two sets of 10 reps each. That was plenty enough for me. I also added in about 20 walking lunges at the end to round out 15 minutes.
soulextremist: Hey Vahdaneh thanks for the video ..I always thought with adrenal fatigue we should lengthen our rest intervals and not shorten them? I did a workout with a A1 Chin UP A2 Incline Dumbell Press A3 Deadlift and rested 30 seconds between sets using a load of 10-12 reps per set and resting 2 min after one round..and repeated the round 4 times but I was told to lengthen my rest intervals...due to adrenal fatigue
leilabbellydancer: LOve it! Im gonna try it!
vahdaneh: that sounds good but you want to be working low volume high intensity so reps should be higher but if you starting its fine your will build that up. Well done pay attention to how you feel if you notice any changed it your sleep patterns or stress levels then STOP
vahdaneh: Yes you always need to add rest in between sets as it high intensity. Were you also told to train only between the hours of 10-2pm?
vahdaneh: Cheers getting there :-)
soulextremist: Yea I heard of that tip from Paul Chek....but how is it high intensity...isnt intensity defined as the % of 1 RM?...im working in the 10-12 rep range...do you think I should work with kettlebells and bodyweight stuff with adrenal fatigue??
pommieMJ: great work out that you can take anywhere and pretty much do anywhere.
balancedfitness: great video and clever workout, condition specific. now if only those affected wud listen and not go off for a run thinkn more is better! im a personal trainer w late stage 2 AF which came as a bit of a shock and know personally its all about balance.
