DC Critical Mass June5 Video

On June 5, riders gathered in the rain for DC's monthly Critical Mass bike ride. Within ten minutes of the start, an SUV driver rammed a cyclist. Cops let him go and even stated they could arrest the rider who was hit! Finally the cops decided to take no action at all-and the ride resumed, rain and all.

In DC, Critical Mass rides on the first, not the last, Friday of every month. Critical Mass is about standing up for the RIGHT to ride a bike in the street without being run off the road by bullies in SUV's, etc.
