Texx010: Editing videos can be a pain in the ass until you do it enough to where you get comfortable with your editing software. Practice makes perfect, so the saying goes. As for the black scrolling bars on videoed CRT screens, it is because all such screens have a constant refresh rate. The monitor constantly refreshes itself, and the effect is more noticeable when filmed because you can only film one frame at a time, so these monitor refreshes get captured easily. Confused yet? =)

Bocist: Get some SLEEP..I like the ahs hums, pauses etc..makes it more real just dont fall asleep during ur blogs,, then u might have to edit..:P

Bosingr: Maybe it's the proportion or size ratio of your videocam. I see it on TV sometimes too, often for commercials. Sometimes for TV shows if they were shot before widescreen TVs came along. And YouTube is set up to accommodate HDTV now. The vids that are more rectangular and fit the YouTube screen were shot with videocams(camcorders, whatever) made for the 16X9 ratio. Now get some sleep, you can think straight and have less "uhs" & "hums" when you're fully rested. Better motor skills too.
