billtamer: i had that small white PS1, the slim one, and it had NO problems. just like the PS2.

omar80000: I had an original PS1 also, not the white or trimmed down version, the original piece of shit. I also had RE1 and had the exact same problems. Sent the system to Sony and they "fixed" it for $70, and when I got it back it still didn't work.

knapman22: The first PS2 I owned got damaged after I accidentally pulled it off my shelf with the controller. The next one I got just decided to die on me for no fucking reason at all. The third one that I still own sucks. Not because of the system itself but because I actually bought two wireless controllers to avoid future damaging. The first one sucks because the sqaure button keeps getting jammed so its hell when I'm trying to play Tekken and such. The second one sucks because it has a really wonky...

Knight8907: Ive had the old bulky PS2 since it came out in 2002 and NEVER had any problems, only exeption was i had to clean it once but only took like 10 min and kept working since i cleaned it 2 years ago
