They take a letter from a lawyers papers and go away and read it and have it copied? What is happening to America?

The judge should have stood up immediately. Said short recess and Told that deputy to my chambers immediately. Told him he was relieve of duty in that court room permanently. Told him he had committed what could be felony tampering with evidence, recommended he be jailed for tampering with evidence. pending till the next hearing.

MrRiceowlex: If that efense attorney for that defendant doesn't have a 42 U.S.C 1983 on that judges desk that afternoon she's nuts. Naming the judge and those two cops as defendants. Is she doesn't have criminal complaints for felony tampering, judge, cop and cop accompanying the civil suit then she's dropping the ball. You can't let that slide.

Zen5012: Kind of true, sadly. Although I am female and I personally would have had them both arrested for tampering with evidence and contempt of court for those shenanigans. You can't just grab at the evidence. You're going to see it anyway. They could have just grabbed it, altered it and returned it.
