Being Someone Else Video

Understanding the challenges different people face is never easy, this video shows that simulation can help to provide some useful insights into areas that would benefit from better design. To develop deeper understanding of
challenges, simulation should be used in conjunction with user interviews and observation. This video was put together for the new Open University course in Design Thinking U101 which launches in February 2010.
