Quick Upper Body Work Out Video
To kick things off I decided to make a video of an quick upper body workout that utilizes body resistance exercises and short rest periods to build muscular strength and endurance while sustaining an elevated heart rate. My form and strength isn't great. That's what happens when you neglect lifting by running marathons. =)
