Mirror's Edge gameplay on 9500gt max settings Physx enabled Video

Fps with Fraps: 20-25
Fps without: 35+

Usually playing on 1024x768 max settings with 8x AA, Physx disabled. I get about 40-45 fps

PhysX features during the game affects the performance of the game. You can choose if to play the game with the beautiful PhysX effects losing even 20 FPS on some places or to disable the feature for full performace.

dipu94321: @TimiStyle93 the problem is i do not have enough money.i already took my 4 months pocket money in advance.like the bloody thing costs around 3200 indian rupees for 1 gb ddr3 and ati radeon hd4350 for 2200 inr..does physx even help in the game and can hd4350 play this game?

TimiStyle93: @dipu94321 if you can affoard the 9500gt 1gb ddr3 it would be much better and u would have more fps then me couse you have a better processor and my 9500gt is ddr2 with 512mb. The hd4350 is very weak.

TimiStyle93: I think it'll work and the card will reach its max performance with your system. But you won't play much games on max settings. Ex. COD MW2

ptoss2: LoL I definitely don't expect to play on max settings on any resolution. I just want 1024 on Company of Heroes on mid settings with 2x AA. Maybe Dragon Age on same settings.

QWERTaYi: @ptoss2 it should work, but if i were u, i'd rely consider upgrading the PSU in your computer, and if its a cheap name like codegen or some chinese brand, it will pump out much less than 300w. i did have 9500GT 1gb ddr2 for 2 years, and i was really dissapointed, and then i bought a GTS250 1GB GDDR3, and that cards over 4x MORE POWERFUL than of the 9500. i would suggest in investing into a more beefier card if you want it to last a while and to play mirrors edge very smoothly. but thats if u can

TimiStyle93: @18watchmen mate at elast go with a 9600gt or a 9800gt. The 9600gt isnt much expensive than a 9500gt but it has more performance

sonicblast19: first of all..I wont rate cuz i have toi give you 3 stars or even less...playing with physx in the first chapter of the game is a rip-off of showing physx on your videoi card..whatch my video ands see that even HD 3650 can do physx in this level without any problem and the later levels are ass at physx....

TimiStyle93: Do you have the E4600 or you want to buy it? If you buy the 9500gt now you will have to upgrade the graphics card again when you get the q9650(the q9550 is as good as the q9650 only cheaper ;) ) couse the 9500gt is way to weak to see a big difference between the processors. If you save money then save to get at least a gtx260 with the C2Q procesor it's a better option ^^

TimiStyle93: @IAmTheSalty1 well it should run like mine, the same fps. cause the 1st series of amd processors like athlon X2 arent really good for gaming.
