vinny1010: I love Alex Jones and liberty, but there are 4th Amenment exceptions, airport searches are one of them according to the law, b/c one may choose not to go thru that and hence not go in the airpt. Do I agree with the liquid restrictions? Hell no, but just wanted to put that out there that there is a 4AM exception at airports. I personally don't approve of the scanners though - I hope we the people put a stop to all of this!!

vinny1010: Each law has its own exceptions, 4AM does not protect you at airports nor does it protect you if you admit anything verbally or in writing, for example. I went to law school so I was just putting that out there. There are certain cases where 4AM will not protect, airports is one of them - hence, the dogs can sniff. Whether that exception is to your belief is another issue, I am just saying that this is what the courts have ruled many many years ago. Thanks for your comment
