Beyond Reality - Amazing Race 15 Recap 11/08/09
Last time on the Race Maria & Tiffany quit & were eliminated.
Netherlands - Fly to Stockholm, Sweden. Take a train & ferry to the amusement park & find the Frit Fall. One player has to ride the Frit Fall to see where the arrow is pointing to the next clue. Then teams have to play ring toss to win a traveling gnome travel companion.
Detour - Nobel Dynamite or Viking Alphabet. In Nobel Dynamite teams have to fill sandbags to create a bunker & blow up a box containing the next clue. In Viking Alphabet teams have to decode a message using the Viking alphabet.
Everyone chose Dynamite. Teams then had to drive themselves to Bogs Gard farm for a hay unrolling challenge. Not just any hay challenge - the most infamous challenge on the Race ever!
Roadblock - Unroll hay bales to find 1 of 7 flags then check in with Phil. There are 186 hay bales & the first time they did this challenge it took someone 10 hours before they quit.
Pit stop -
1 - The Globetrotters - won a trip for 2 to Turks & Caikos.
2 - Meghan Cheyne.
3 - Brian & Ericka.
4 - Sam & Dan.
5 - Gary & Matt - its a non-elimination leg & next time they must complete a speed bump to stay in the Race.
Next time - Teams travel to Estonia & Matt doesn't know what a candle a bra is. The Globetrotters & the brothers clash.
