moolikeachicken: OooOOOoo! I love learning : D
acalvarado7: Very interesting. You're so funny =)
ShesInLosAngeles: I told my boyfriend... you gotta watch this interesting video. He was really into it until the end... ha ha! Guys, sometimes when it comes to "women" stuff, they cringe. Great video. More! More!
Helenhealer: I smell everything! lol New books, freshly laundered clothes, fruit, veg, everything! lol love it love it love it! xxx
KatiePuckrikSmells: Ha-ha, me too! There's a certain plastic wrapping smell I can't get enough of, and it also comes out of a clothes steamer I use. I think it reminds me of opening Xmas presents when I was a kid.
KittyJoe34: Learn something new everyday...lol. Great video!
Magstastic: That was awesome because when I was 12-years old I nicked named my stinky little sister "onion pits." She had to start wearing deodorant at age 6 or 7 cause she gets RIPE. I am sending OP a link to this right now!
KatiePuckrikSmells: Ha-ha - that's great!
Chancechan: I was just thinking what an awesome job he had and started fantasizing what it would be like for me until he said he had to sniff defrosted feminine hygiene products that have previously been worn. Ugh power to you man.
DeclinedOrphan: Wow loved the interview, definitely will go buy his book! We must be psychic friends cuz the questions you asked were exactly what I was wondering... Great idea to interview him.How about trying to get Luca Turin on your show?
KatiePuckrikSmells: So good to hear I hit all your questions! And yes, I'd love to chat up Luca T - if you're out there, Luca, I'm ready and willing...
dazigg: My fiance can't smell, the nerves in his nose were damaged by an allergy test when he was 5 years old. He still enjoys food, but it is awful to think about how much in life he misses because he can't smell.
KatiePuckrikSmells: Oh, that's too bad! I'm sorry to hear that, dazigg.
noratata: Great interview!!, great shoes! loved it
KatiePuckrikSmells: My shoes and I thank you.
Bonecrkr: Wow.....it always amazes me how people in academia feel completely comfortable speaking about things they obviously know nothing about and have no experience with. Particularly interesting since this is exactly the type of expert who should be doing research on pheromones in humans but isn't. While this armchair quarterback is basically dismissing them. There are thousands and thousands of people who use commercially available pheromone products that will happily tell you that they work.
scrapeape: Cool background! Is it part of a set that was constructed just for this or was this done on location? Cool interview, BTW. Very informative.
KatiePuckrikSmells: Glad you like my "padded cell". It was shot on location. Thanks for the props.
wildrose1207: Really interesting! Thank you :D
jakenmarleymoo: Katie, you're the best...nice interview! Now I understand why my hubby loves onions and hates cheese! BTW, I had to order a sample of Lab 18 because your review of it was highly entertaining. You really are a zoo kinda gal. The perfume was FUN-ky! I couldn't pull it off (I'm just a diehard tuberose lover) but I really enjoyed the adventure of it all! Thanks for all of your wit and wisdom!
KatiePuckrikSmells: "the adventure of it all" - that's the spirit! What tuberoses do you like? I love Frederic Malle Carnal Flower and Estee Lauder Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia.
jakenmarleymoo: Been experimenting w/ Do Son, two from L'Artisan, Tocca, and Fracas (that's w/ a capital F, too..she's one loud lady!) Will have to try FM Carnal Flower and the Lauder private collection next. The tuberose gardenia sounds right up my flower alley (as opposed to your "furry alley"). This summer I wore Kenzo's eau de fleur Magnolia during the day, but jacked it up after dark wearing Manoumalia, both post K.P. reviews. Your hard work really pays...for me! ;^)
3plo: interesting interview! love your outfit here Katie!
criminalmindxxxx: Hi Katie, Great interview. You are looking stunning as usual. When you get a chance, do try and smell Amouage Homage and Homage Tribute. I haven't been fragrance searching lately, but these smell great : )
KatiePuckrikSmells: Hi cmxxxx - I have Homage in my collection, I'm pleased to say, and wear it all the time! Tried Tribute for the first time the other week - it's fine, but not for me. A floral tobacco that starts masculine and ends feminine.
