BEENDOWNHEARTEDBABY: I don't think so...there are 14 states you can google medical marijuana and you will be able to find what states have laws, keep in mind, federal laws still prohibit the possession or use of marijuana, and for myself using the California Medical Marijuana card issued by the Department of Public Health for the city of San Francisco provides me safe access to cannabis and cannabis products but I cannot leave the State and I can not purchase for someone else! Just FYI
