New-- Like I Did. [[Nick Jonas FanFiction]] One. Video

so i;m just going to jump right into thisi've been writing for a while on other fan fiction sites, so i thought i'd share my work with you all, right here on youtube, so enjoy.

C h a p t e r O n e

Today was different. I was ready to confront Nick about everything, whether he was up for hearing it or not. Taking another deep breath, I pulled my keys out of the ignition and climbed out of the car, making my way up Nicks driveway.

I only had to knock twice, before he answered the door. A small smile tugged at his lips, but the grim line that had been taking over his face, quickly replaced it. Instead of his usual tight jeans and bicep fitting shirt, he was wearing basketball shorts and a plain white v neck. His hair was messy, Clearly, he had just been sleeping.

"Hey, I didn't know you were stopping by" He opened the door wider, letting me in. I ducked under his arm and made my way into the Jonas house.

"Yeah uh, neither did I until a couple minutes ago" I said quietly, setting my purse on the small table next to the couch. I looked back over at him, confusion evident in his eyes.

"Is anyone else here?" I didn't want this to end up in a screaming match while the whole family was in the next room.

"No. they just left to take Frankie to his football game. They won't be back until later. Why?"

"Look Nick, I came to talk to you about some things" I spoke up louder.
Nick's head tilted. "What kind of things?"

"You've been acting well, not yourself lately and its been bothering me. I've been trying to say something to you about it for quite some time, but never had the courage to ask you about it because it would have probably resulted in another fight, which I don't want to have. You just-you never act like you want to be around me anymore, and when you are, like I said, we either fight or you act like you'd rather be somewhere else. I never hear you laugh anymore; I haven't seen you smile in about a month. What is going on? Just let me in! Did I do something?"

"No. you did nothing wrong"

"Then what? Im in the dark here, Nick. I feel like Im not even in a relationship anymore. Is that what you want?" I was going on a heated rant and everything I had been feeling was out in the open. It was like a huge weight off of my shoulders. It felt great to get out of my system, but at the same time, I wasn't that excited to hear Nicks side.

He didn't say anything for a good five minutes and I began to get extremely frustrated. "Where did the Nick I used to be in love with go? You certainly aren't him!" I cried out to him.

He stood up from the chair he had been sitting in, making it fall back. My breath stopped short. "It's called growing up Emma. Im almost twenty years old. Forgive me if Im not constantly making immature jokes like I did when I was seventeen" He growled through clenched teeth.

His face softened and his next choice of words made my stomach twist. "I just think that, it would be best to take a break. Our age difference is putting us at a crossroads"
