Q: You have finally come up with a programme of 7 priorities and 157 concrete goals for the 4 years long mandate but some people think that's a bit too late. What do you think?

BB: Yes that has been implemented throughout the 100 days just now we have wrapped it up.

Q: President Obama's popularity is plummeting after 1 year. Aren't you worried about yours?

BB: I wish every politician who has to tackle problems like those he tackles has Mr Obama's popularity after 1 year.

Q: So what have you done in concrete terms over your 100 days in government?

BB: A lot of corruption is exposed and corrupted officials are being brought to justice, CIA and Scotland Yard again want to work with our Secret Service as decent partners, funding for tens of the major infrastructural projects which have been dragged for 20 years are finally obtained and the projects like major highroards from Sofia to the sea coast and the plant for recycling Sofia's trash are started and being busily implemented already, the optimisation of the administration of the largest ministry - the Interior Ministry - is completed, and we are on the way of a thorough optimisation of the public administration.

Q: What if people don't appreciate this in the end?

BB: Well, I will be the first to step down if I see my position is untenable, but with 76% approval as of now and support in the parlament I can continue pushing the agenda of reforms through. If I have to step down due to lack of support I have where to go, in spite of having a lot of enemies already because we caught tens of key figures of the Mafia and they are standing trials now, but I will be pityful for the BUlgarian people because if Stanishev(Socialist Party leader) and Dogan( Turkish Liberal Party leader) come back on top, they will round off the scavenging of what they couldn't steal or squander during their previous mandate.
