Lynda Cooking with Michelin star chef Micheal Caines at Beyond Boundries 2009 (Video One) Video

This is me cooking with Micheal Caines at Beyond Boundries 2009, An event to empower disabled people to have a go at almost everything. Micheal has a right arm amputee. He gave an expert demonstration at the event in July 2009. Here you see me cooking a pan-fried sea bass with a stir fry of mange tout, bean sprouts, shitake mushrooms and lemon grace sauce. I have to say it was truely delicious! Micheal Caines is usualy on Saturday Kitchen with James Martin!
