President Barack Obama Sunday said House passage of health care overhaul was a 'courageous vote' for many lawmakers. The president also praised Iraq's parliament for passing a long-delayed electoral law, paving the way for nationwide elections. (Nov. 8)

I was in Germany (i'm a German citizen) few years ago and spent 2 weeks in hospital and didn't pay a goddamn cent.. Here in America, spend 2 weeks in hospital w/o health insurance and you sell your house if you can or declare bankruptcy. Get your brainwashed heads out of your asses.
