DODwebdotorg: I assume its just low on battery. That will happen to all of these. Imagine this thing running low on battery in the kidsroom, something falls onto the activation button (happens to my younger siblings` electronic toys every now and then). This thing starts, in the middle of the night, red lights dimly glowing and swaying back and forth.... I would never ever want to enter a dark room in my life I think. Scary. Toy.

waitEveryday: put a fresh battery in it, and it will be exorcised. It does sound really scary though, I think I would kung fu that thing.
